About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a 13-week assignment in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide oncology care under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Treat patients with various types of cancer
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer skills, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
