About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Hematology / Oncology for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, at a facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology care to patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in hematology/oncology
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid driver's license
• Background check and drug screen required

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in area of specialty listed on job
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver's License
• Background and drug screen

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in hematology/oncology
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
