About the role

Assist patients in rehabilitation as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Incorporate organizational values and goals into daily performance. Provide therapy services under supervision, ensuring quality care and patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions, monitor patient responses, and document progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, organizational policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a COTA, with rehabilitation expertise.
• Current or pending licensure as a COTA in the practicing state.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care.
• Licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure, with documented rehabilitation experience.
