Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a COTA.
- Experience in SNF / LTC environments required.
- Current COTA licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure in the state of practice.
Key Duties & Details
- Travel position with a 5x8 days schedule, working 8‑hour days.
