The role primarily focuses on evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Administer a variety of rehabilitation procedures as part of the treatment plan, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly. Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding cognitive and physical disorders. Effectively collaborate with the health team to discuss patient progress, treatment barriers, and planning. Document all patient information and treatment minutes accurately in the electronic documentation system, adhering to company policy. Participate in required meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and care quality. Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist. Schedule This position offers an 8-hour day shift schedule, on weekdays. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant is required.
