Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant - Home Health - $1,630 per week

About the role

The position is for a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' daily living skills.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in home health or similar settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
