Responsibilities
- Delivering therapeutic activities under supervision
- Monitoring patient progress
- Documenting performance
- Assisting with exercises and mobility training
- Educating patients and families
- Maintaining treatment areas
- Collaborating with the care team
- Adhering to licensing and facility standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an OTA
- Current BLS and COTA certification
- State licensure
- Knowledge of anatomy, motor function, and occupational therapy principles

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist patients safely
- Ability to work within interdisciplinary teams
