Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant - $2,189 per week

Uniti Med is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Montesano, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote independence and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.

Pay
