Responsibilities

- Deliver therapy services, maintain documentation, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and well-being.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a COTA, with SNF/LTC experience required.
- Current or in-process licensure as a COTA in the state of practice.
Skills & Requirements
- Licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure as a COTA.
- Ability to incorporate organizational vision and goals into daily work.
- Strong understanding of SNF/LTC patient needs.
