Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in therapy services within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in regaining essential daily life skills under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Contribute to patient recovery and independence.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active State License.
- BLS Certification (may be required).
Key Duties
- Provide therapy services during an 8‑hour shift, typically from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30‑minute meal break.
- Support patient rehabilitation in a split‑position role.
