About the role

We are seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide therapy services in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient outcomes.
• Provide 40 hours of therapy per week on an 8-hour shift basis.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
• Contribute to patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure or certification.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
