Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' medical history, needs, and abilities through observation and questioning
• Developing personalized treatment plans to help patients improve daily living skills
• Assisting patients with disabilities in performing tasks and recommending adaptive equipment
• Assessing home or workplace environments for accessibility improvements
• Educating patients' families and employers on care and accommodations
• Documenting patient progress accurately for evaluations and reporting purposes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Current NBCOT-OTR certification and state-specific licensure
• Must hold BLS certification
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
