Travel Occupational Therapist - Weekly Pay

About the role

We are seeking a travel Inpatient Occupational Therapist to provide specialized therapy services in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and re-evaluating adult patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Planning and implementing therapeutic programs as prescribed by physicians.
• Updating treatment plans and home exercise programs regularly.
• Managing a full caseload independently and determining re-evaluation timing.
• Providing therapy for adult patients in acute rehabilitation and outpatient rehab.
• Utilizing EMR systems such as Net Health Therapy and Meditech.

Qualifications and Skills

• Active Hawaii OT license or applicable state license by start date.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with adults in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross.

Schedule

• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
• Providing 40 hours of therapy weekly.
• May be required to work Hawaii State and Federal holidays depending on hospital operations.
