Travel Occupational Therapist SNF/LTC - $2,192 per week

About the role

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 17‑week contract assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This full‑time (40 hours per week) travel position works an 8‑hour day shift on a 5 × 8 days schedule in a skilled‑nursing facility/long‑term care (SNF/LTC) setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• SNF/LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure).
• Ability to obtain Occupational Therapist licensure in New Hampshire.

Pay
