Travel Occupational Therapist - SNF / LTC - $2,141 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Darlington, South Carolina. The position starts ASAP, lasts 13 weeks, and requires 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts. This is a travel role where you will join a growing SNF team and incorporate the organization's vision, values, mission, and goals into your performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet occupational therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist, or actively in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
