Travel Occupational Therapist SNF/LTC - $2,099 per week

About the role

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of MD to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.

Schedule

• 5x8 Days schedule.
• 40 hours per week.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Start Date: 08/24/2026.
