Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- SNF/LTC experience required.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain licensure immediately).
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (or in the immediate process of obtaining AZ OT licensure).

Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
