Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active (or pending) state OT license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Pay

Competitive weekly pay (based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined; guaranteed hours.
