About the role
The role involves providing occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient function and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
