Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting September 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Active Occupational Therapist License.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
