Travel Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation - $2,322 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, located in Breckenridge, Minnesota. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Minnesota
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols

Pay
