Travel Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation - $2,298 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Yuma, Arizona, starting October 12, 2026. The position involves 40 hours per week on an 8‑hour day shift.

Responsibilities

The OT will assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of Centra Healthcare into job performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Rehabilitation experience is required.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain licensure).

Qualifications

Licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining OT licensure in AZ, with a specialty focus in Rehabilitation.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
