Travel Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation - $2,296 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 17, 2026, in Breckenridge, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel independently to various locations within the United States.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
