Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Arizona
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in a Rehab facility is preferred
Contract Details
- $1,860 - $2,053 per week*
- 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
- Rehab facility setting
- 40 hours per week
- 8 hour shifts, days
- Start Date: ASAP
