Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to provide skilled occupational therapy services in Portland, Oregon. The position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills, in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
