Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026, located in Richmond, Virginia. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Virginia.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Be available for travel assignments.
• Have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
