Travel Occupational Therapist, Rehab - $2,231 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, located in Yakima, Washington. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Washington.
• At least two years of recent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in using rehabilitation equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and settings.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
