Travel Occupational Therapist, Rehab - $2,028 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sheridan, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent, relevant work experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate if required by the facility.

Skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
