About the role
A pediatric occupational therapist is needed to provide therapy services to children in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate the physical, cognitive, and developmental needs of pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address functional goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Document progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children and their families.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy techniques and interventions.

Pay
$45-50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
9-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
