Travel Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Neuro/Ortho - $2,818 per week

Outpatient OT setting
Specialty focus includes neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, and splinting
Department hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Scheduled shift is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with hours varying
Two evening shifts per week are required
No weekend shifts required

Requirements

• Current, active CT OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
• Only AHA certifications are accepted for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRPT
• Two professional references rated 'standard or above average' from a manager or above within the prior year
• Experience with LSVT preferred
• Experience using MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) preferred

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
