Job Details

- Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month (Saturday)
- Geographical Restriction: Candidates' permanent address must be outside a 50-mile radius
Requirements
- OT Experience: Primarily outpatient, some acute care
- Skills Checklist: Current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Occupational Therapy)
- Supervisory Reference Forms: 2 completed within the last two years
- Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS
- Licensure: Active Michigan/MI Occupational Therapist License as per LARA
