This travel assignment is at UnityPoint Health - Saint Luke's Regional Medical Center, with a contract duration of 13 weeks. The position requires 40 hours per week, working 5 shifts of 8 hours each during evening shifts.

Requirements

• 1 year of PACE staff experience.
• Associate degree or required certifications.
• Current state Occupational Therapist license.
• A valid state-issued Driver’s License or State ID.
