Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy using adaptive techniques, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance daily living skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Aid in discharge planning for smooth patient transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid OT license per state regulations and current BLS certification.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT certification, and experience as an OT or OTA.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, technical, and motor skills.
• Physical ability to assist with patient mobility and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, follow instructions, and adapt to diverse settings.
