About the role

Provides occupational therapy services to clients, assessing and developing treatment plans to improve functional outcomes. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care and ensures compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance clients' daily living and functional skills.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Completion of Core Mandatory Parts 1, 3, and II (Allied).
• Professional licensure as an Occupational Therapist or COTA.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy practices and assessment tools.
