Role & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a healthcare setting.
• Deliver patient care based on individualized treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation and assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid certification and licensing as an Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to meet onboarding requirements including CORES 1, CORES 3, color vision, OSHA safety, skills checklist, and specialty exam.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and patient needs.
