Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required.
• BLS certification may be necessary.
• Certified Occupational Therapist (COT).
• Compassionate, dedicated, with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Duties

• Administer patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
