Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Missoula, MT

Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients to develop, regain, and maintain daily living skills and functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and established therapy standards
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as required by state and facility regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and facility protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active Montana OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
• Prior experience preferred — new grads are welcome to apply
