Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

About the role

Evaluate and treat patients with functional limitations and injuries. Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Assist patients with mobility, ADLs, and rehabilitation goals. Treat orthopedic and post-operative patients. Provide splinting and upper extremity rehab as needed. Work with inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and athletic populations. Maintain accurate therapy documentation. Collaborate with rehab and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Absorb patients with mobility, ADLs, and rehabilitation goals.
• Treat orthopedic and post-operative patients.
• Provide splinting and upper extremity rehab as needed.
• Work with inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and athletic populations.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation.
• Collaborate with rehab and healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist License required.
• NBCOT Certification required/preferred.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• Experience in outpatient or hospital rehab preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred.
• Experience treating pediatric to geriatric populations preferred.
