Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients in Woodruff, WI.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards.

Requirements

• Hold a valid BLS certification.
• Pass the Core Mandatory Parts I, II (Allied), and III Exams.
• Complete the OT/COTA Skills Checklist and Occupational Therapy Exam.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
