Role & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- Maintain an 85% productivity standard.
- Collaborate with virtual registered therapist support when needed.
- Handle patient assessments, treatment planning, and therapy implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in occupational therapy practices.
- Ability to work independently within a team setting.
