Role & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements
• Complete necessary documentation and skills checklists
• Maintain professional standards and stay current with certifications

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid certifications including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3
• Color vision and OSHA safety knowledge
• Demonstrated skills in occupational therapy and specialty exams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Duties

• Deliver therapy sessions during day shifts
• Adhere to documentation and safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Participate in ongoing professional development
