About the role

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Requirements
- A valid OT license in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited OT program
- Current NBCOT certification
- The ability to guarantee a minimum of 30 hours weekly
Preferred Skills
- Prior clinical or facility experience
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
