Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a Long Term Acute Care setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize skills and experience to support patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year recent LTAC occupational therapy experience within the last 18 months.
• Active Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Key Duties

• Deliver therapy services during day shifts.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning.
• Adhere to healthcare standards and protocols.
