Responsibilities

• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Accredited OT degree (MOT or OTD).
• Active state license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and communication skills.
