Role & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on skilled nursing and rehab patients.
- Ensure a productivity rate of 85%.
- Manage a schedule to be discussed at interview, working approximately 35 hours per week.
- Handle patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and functional independence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an OT.
- Strong clinical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills are required.
- Handle credentialing, licensing, and privileging processes with support.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and documentation requirements.
- Adapt to patient needs and treatment plans effectively.
