About the role
Responsible for evaluating and treating patients according to physician referrals.
Key Duties
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document therapy services accurately and promptly
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and patient families
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
- Active state license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Proficient in documentation and communication
