Role and Responsibilities
Enhance and support patient care focusing on quality and safety.
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide treatment based on physician referrals, following O.T. Practice Guidelines.
Responsible for documenting in electronic medical records.
Primarily inpatient/swing bed care with occasional home health and outpatient services.

- Participate in patient care with an emphasis on safety and quality
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Utilize EMR systems proficiently
Qualifications And Skills
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Proficiency in EMR systems
- PREFERRED: Minimum one year of experience
