Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient and inpatient therapy services
• Engage with patients and the community
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state license and professional certification
• Background checks, including criminal and national registry searches
• Proof of immunizations, COVID vaccination, and drug screening
• Immunization requirements met (Hepatitis A/B, Varicella, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, T-Dap, Polio)
• Ability to provide references and employment verification
• Competency testing and fit testing as required
