GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Chandler, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Perform therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Document progress and communicate with patients and families
Requirements
- BLS, AHA preferred
- Current, valid certifications
- Currently listed registry in state of practice
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure to practice in the state of practice
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
Skills
