Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $1,920 per week

About the role

Average weekly pay is $2,600.00, with a tax-free stipend to be determined. Guaranteed hours of 40 per week, with 8-hour shifts. Continuing education opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current California Occupational Therapy license.
• At least 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a long-term care facility preferred.

• Proficient in using medical software and documentation systems.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
